"We're very pleased to have the coffee f father and son, Vicente and Miguel, back on the menu for the fourth year running. Their coffee always strikes an excellent balance between warm, comforting notes and sweet fruit character. Finca Los Alisos is located in Quilanga, Lija and sits at an elevation on 1950 masl. The coffee is shade-grown under Alder trees, alongside bananam yucca and corn."
