Yirgacheffe, which translates to “Land of Many Springs”, is at an ideal elevation topography and water sources to produce world-class coffees. The farmers who are part of the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union deliver their cherry to the Idido Station where it will be processed. Typically, these farmers are multi-generational with a few hectares of land. This particular lot is fully washed.
