Bolivia Los Rodriguez Geisha

Finca Las Alasitas was founded in 2014 by the Rodríguez family as part of their Agricafe project. This 20-hectare farm, 16 hectares of which are dedicated to coffee, is located at approximately 1,642 meters above sea level.

Thanks to its cool climate, mild days and cold nights, the ripening of cherries is slow, promoting the development of sugars and complexity in the cup.

Las Alasitas perfectly illustrates the Rodríguez family's vision: to create a model of sustainable and high-quality culture, capable of inspiring and supporting Bolivian producers.

This Geisha, produced on the farm, offers a smooth and slightly fruity cup. It features the elegance of green tea, enhanced by the vibrancy of citrus, before finishing with a tropical sweetness reminiscent of guava.
