BURUNDI NINGA HILL

This coffee comes from Long Miles’ Ninga station, a newer station, built in 2020. The station collects cherry from farmers on Ninga Hill, who grow their coffee at elevations between 1,800 and 2,000 masl. Ninga Hill located in Muramvya Province is very remote. Here the average farm size is a tiny 300 squre metres, and holds roughly 110 coffee plants. This particular lot is honey processed, and stood out to us on the cupping table with its dense sweetness and bright flavours.
