A Rare Look Into Granja Paraiso 92’s Terroir — Washed Gesha from Colombia
"This coffee offers a rare and beautiful glimpse into the raw potential of Wilton Benitez’s renowned farm in Colombia—stripped of the processing innovations it's known for. While Wilton’s coffees are celebrated for their bold, yeast-inoculated flavor profiles, this release takes a different path.
We chose this lot because it reveals something few have tasted: the pure clarity of the farm’s Gesha variety through a traditional washed process. No added yeast, no fermentation tricks—just the intrinsic quality of the fruit, the soil, and the skill behind its cultivation.
What shines through is remarkable: an incredibly clean cup with vivid notes of honeysuckle, meyer lemon, nectarine, and tangerine. The sweetness is high and beautifully balanced by citrus-stonefruit acidity.
Please try this rare and unique expression of Wilton’s terroir—a high quality and clean coffee we’re proud to share."
