Antonio Barrantes, owner of Finca Herbazu, cultivates his coffee in an environmentally friendly manner. Perched at an altitude of 1,500 meters, this 12-hectare farm, 2 of which are preserved for biodiversity, produces an exceptional coffee, free of any chemicals.

Harvested at perfect maturity, the coffee cherries are rigorously selected before being processed within a local cooperative. This meticulous care guarantees an exceptional aromatic profile, faithful to the unique identity of this region.
