• Finca Hartmann – The Great Reserve (Panama) : A true institution in specialty coffee, the Hartmann family presents its “Great Reserve” here. A coffee of structured complexity, blending lively acidity and notes of stone fruit, testifying to ancestral know-how.
• Santa Elena (Panama) : An exceptional high-altitude terroir that yields a remarkably smooth Geisha. This batch is distinguished by its silky finish and lingering floral aromas, a perfect balance between power and finesse.
• Gesha Village (Ethiopia) : A return to the roots. In the wild cradle of the Geisha, this legendary farm produces beans with wild and sophisticated profiles. An explosion of citrus notes and black tea, with that inimitable Ethiopian character.
