La Falda is Jesús’ second inheritance from his father which began as one manzana of land in 2010. Through years of labor, loans, and care, it has grown to five hectares, planted with Pacamara, Catuai, Paraneima, Bourbon and IH-90. For Jesús, coffee is not only livelihood, but legacy. Some say it is a story of resilience and regeneration written in the soil of Montecillos.
