"Sultani Estate is founded by Irwan S. Komaludin to improve the overall quality of smallholder coffee farmer in Puntang region. He processes multiple Micro-Lot or Collective Lot consisting of either Single Cultivar or Special Fermentation such as Lini-S795, Red Bourbon, Typica or Rotating Stainless Steel Fermentation Tank, Cold Fermentation Environment.

This lot was processed as Traditional Black Honey without any Fermentation. As it’s been some time since our release of Puntang Anaerobic Natural, we want to present the Balanced Expression of Sultani Estate with Honey Processed.

Expect the coffee to be Sweet & Soft Mellow Fruits like Yellow Plum, Jasmine with Complexity of Kumquat Orange. From Hot to Cool the Sweetness is consistent Honey-like from Dark Honey to Golden Honey."
