Panama Abu #3160
Panama Abu #3160
Recognized as one of Panama's most prestigious farms, Abu Coffee, run by the Luttrell family, excels in the production of award-winning Geishas.
Their approach combines agricultural rigor, innovative processes, and absolute respect for the terroir, making Abu a key player in the international specialty coffee market.
For this batch, the cherries undergo a rigorously controlled double anaerobic process. They first ferment for 24 hours in open vats, before being pulped and then macerated for 72 hours in closed vats.
The coffee is then washed thoroughly with mountain spring water and dried for 15 days on raised beds, ensuring remarkable aromatic purity.
In the cup, the coffee offers a delicate bouquet of jasmine, fruity notes of apricot and pear, and a lively, lemony touch.
Jasmine | Apricot | Pear | Lemon
