POMA Experience Set

Introducing POMA, a coffee reasearch and roasting company based in Copenhagen on a mission to refine coffee production techniques, address industry challenges, and bridge the gap between research and practical application. POMA collaborate closely with coffee farmers to implement and scale up their findings, aiming to make sustainable practices more accessible and effective.

Last season we had the Costa Rica Volcan Azul SL28 Cold Washed and Classic Washed process. Differences in flavour profile and mouthfeel are prominent with each coffee shines under different variables.

With the aim to share more of these findings with you, we curate this tasting box, which consist of 8 coffees from POMA research center and some from farmers that involement POMA's technique to produce their coffee.
